Teriyaki Udon - Fried udon with teriyaki sauce

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • GARAK - Udon Noodles: 1 pack
  • WANG - Rice Cake in Teriyaki Sauce: 1 pack
  • Chicken: 150g (sliced)
  • Red bell pepper: ½ piece (sliced)
  • Spring onion: 1 stalk (chopped)
  • Sesame oil, minced garlic, sesame seeds

Instructions

Schritt 1

Boil udon noodles for 2 minutes, drain and set aside.

Schritt 2

Stir-fry chicken with sesame oil and garlic until cooked.

Schritt 3

Add bell pepper and Teriyaki rice cakes, stir for 2 minutes.

Schritt 4

Add udon noodles, mix with sauce, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Schritt 5

Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
