Japchae - Korean stir-fried glass noodles

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • IT'S WELL - Sweet Potato Glass Noodles: 200g
  • Sliced beef: 150g
  • Carrot: 1 piece (julienned)
  • Shiitake mushrooms: 5-6 pieces (soaked and sliced)
  • Spinach: 100g (blanched)
  • Onion: ½ piece (sliced)
  • MAEIL - Bulgogi Sauce: 3 tbsp
  • Sesame oil, minced garlic, sesame seeds

Instructions

Schritt 1

Boil glass noodles for 5 minutes, rinse under cold water, and drain.

Schritt 2

Marinate beef with 2 tbsp Bulgogi sauce for 10 minutes.

Schritt 3

Stir-fry beef with sesame oil and garlic, then add carrot, mushrooms, and onion.

Schritt 4

Add noodles and spinach, mix in 1 tbsp Bulgogi sauce, and stir well.

Schritt 5

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, mix well, and serve.
