Korean Beef Bulgogi with MAEIL - Bulgogi Sauce

Ingredients (2-3 servings)

  • Beef (ribeye or sirloin): 400g (thinly sliced)
  • MAEIL - Bulgogi Sauce: 100ml
  • Onion: 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Carrot: ½ (julienned)
  • Green onion: 2 stalks (chopped)
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or button): 100g (sliced)
  • Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds: for garnish

Instructions

1) Marinate the beef:

In a bowl, mix beef slices with MAEIL - Bulgogi Sauce. Let it marinate for 30 minutes for better flavor.

2) Cook the Bulgogi:

Heat a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil. Stir-fry onions, carrots, and mushrooms for 2 minutes. Add marinated beef and cook until tender (about 5 minutes).

3) Finish & Serve:

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot with steamed rice or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
